Shipping Policy
We are currently shipping in the United States.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days after 48-72 hours processing time.
Processing
Most processing times (the time it takes me to get an order ready) will vary due to appointments and such. But my goal is 2-3 business days (48-72hrs) to have orders prepared to ship out.
Actual delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier/postal service. And although I can't guarantee them, I'll do my best to meet the estimated time. Once packages are delivered to and scanned by the carrier, I no longer have control over package arrival time. Failed and/or delivery delays such as but not limited to weather, re-routes, are not held responsible by Forgetful Candles. Should such incidents occur, please contact forgetfulcandles@gmail.com and I will help get a status update and aid in getting you your purchased order!
Summer Shipping:
Please be aware that the Candles and Wax Melts are heat sensitive products and Forgetful Candles will do everything we can during the summer months to ensure your candles, are delivered safely and in good condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
Forgetful Candles maintains diligent & continuous testing and takes pride in the finished products sold. If you're in any way unsatisfied with your order, everything in our power will be done in an effort to make it right.
If you need to return any product sold by Forgetful Candles we offer a (30) Day Guarantee for all our products.
Damaged Product Return:
If your product is damaged upon delivery, please do not throw it away. Take photos and email Forgetfulcandles@gmail.com within 24 hrs.

During hot summer months, it is important to consider shipping your product(s) to a location where the package can be accepted and brought inside within a reasonable amount of time so products do not melt due to a lack of attention at the delivery location. Forgetful Candles can not be responsible for weather conditions affecting products.
If after proper burning (see the FAQ tab under More ) your product is found to be defective (Wood Wick Disintegrating, won't stay lit), Forgetful Candles will happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 30 days. Please take photos & email Forgetfulcandles@gmail.com.
Unwanted Product Return?
Does not include Clearance Items.
Maybe you ordered the wrong item or you simply don't want it anymore. In this case, we refund the full value of unused products ordered within the past 30 days, and you simply pay the return shipping costs. Please email Forgetfulcandles@gmail.com for return/shipping instructions.
